We are seeking a strong Technical Recruiter to work in our Reston, VA office. We are a project-based, collaborative in-sourcing consulting company. We hire candidates for our own in-house technical staff, and place those individuals at client sites for projects that range from three months to three years (depending on the clients needs). The primary objective of the Technical Recruiter is to identify, screen, qualify and hire the cream of the crop in the technical field. The Technical Recruiter is an integral member of the Branch Management Team who reports to the Director of Recruiting with dotted line responsibility to the CEO. The Technical Recruiter will be tasked with the flawless execution of the SES hiring process from start to finish and assuring quality in every step along the way. Technical Recruiters will be responsible for verifying employment, checking references, negotiating all offers/counter-offers, and completing all the new hire paperwork associated with the offer. On occasion you will attend job fairs, Branch Meetings, Social Functions, and User Groups.

The successful candidate will have experience recruiting in the full Software Development Lifecycle, they MUST be comfortable on the phone and have a great sense of urgency. Must be able to understand and speak intelligently about recruiting candidates with the following skill sets: Java/J2EE Developers, C .NET Developers, Database Architects/Administrators/Analysts, Business/Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Testers (Manual and Auto), Business Intelligence, and ERP/CRM.

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of employees. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external managers is crucial to business success. To achieve this, the incumbent must provide professional service to employees and clients by earning their respect, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency.

9. Lives within 30 minutes of the office.

10. Professional certifications, nice to have.
