The Program Manager will support and provide consultation services to the system owner in fielding, accrediting, and maintaining the TNet. Senior Network Engineering Program Manager

ü      Leads Truestone’s network engineering efforts with a focus on managing current Networx based contracts to include 15 person senior engineering team supporting AT&T.

ü      Maintains subject matter expertise around network engineering protocols to include design, implementation and support.  Areas of focus to include Cisco router technology, security protocols, network engineering best practices.

ü      Program manages the delivery of services to include staffing, subcontractor relations, customer relationship management, accounts receivable/payable, finance, and reporting.

ü      Mentors and builds team skill set around itil network engineering best practices with responsibility for building professional development and certifications.

ü      Focus on information assurance as a subject matter expert as related to federal govt/networx environment

ü      Participates in building and expanding the Truestone network engineering service area with the federal govt.

ü      Leads multivendor teams in both the security and Information Assurance disciplines.

ü      Serve the customer as a trusted advisor and consultant with the approach of a senior manager supporting the customer’s mission and objectives.



ü      Bachelors in related field, masters preferred

ü      PMP, itil v3, and related network engineering certifications preferred and/or ability to retains

ü      Min 12 years related experience within telco and federal government environments

ü      Min 3 years experience in program management of +10 person teams

ü      Background in telecommunications network operations and information assurance experience.

ü      Prior experience in a hands on network engineer or related role

ü      Prior experience in certification and accreditation of government information systems (Federal Information Processing Standards/NIST experience a plus)

ü      Subject matter experience in network information assurance and security

ü      Able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
