Jay, Thanks for the kind comments on the ClearedJobs.net video you linked below. Too few candidates understand that they can and should ask detailed questions about the work, the company, and the future so that they can make a good decision about their own future. Understandable to some extent during any recession, but still critical. Will have a series of new videos up later this spring too.
