Position Title:Junior Contracts Administrator


Position Overview:

Experience Required: minimum 1-2 years



Candidate will perform a variety of general contractual administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing, closeouts, and support of the day-to-day operations.

Candidate will compile various contract data using various database programs. Responsibilities will include cradle-to-grave contract administration. Candidate will provide support and contractual advice to project managers. Will assist in all aspects of proposal preparation, contract administration, reporting and closeout activities. Maintain responsibility for full life-cycle contract administration.

Candidate will assist in providing for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Perform special projects as needed.

A minimum of 1-2 years experience in federal government contracts administration, the ability to perform tasks without appreciable direction. The ideal candidate will have worked in a professional services environment. and be familiar with Cost Plus, Time and Material and Fixed Price contracts and possess demonstrated knowledge of contract terms and conditions.


Demonstrated success in delivering high quality and excellent communications skills are necessary.


Candidate should have strong spreadsheet and communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic, team oriented environment. This position requires the ability to provide good customer service to internal/external clients.



Bachelors Degree or related experience in lieu of education requirements

**Position does not require a clearance, but qualified candidate will be “clearable” (will possess the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance or higher)**
