Primary Function

 Will work as a member of an application development team as database administrator, providing design, development and implementation of web-based applications utilizing an Oracle database.

Run recurring and regularly scheduled queries for daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Handle ad hoc requests regarding client databases (Data calls, statistical information, data change requests, data exports, etc).

Research data issues and anomalies between or within systems.

Perform maintenance activities on databases (backup, recovery, imports/exports, restore/refresh data).


ü      At least three years of experience of utilizing Oracle PL/SQLProcedures, functions, packages, triggers, and performing full Software Life-cycle development duties.

ü      Experience with OAS, Apache or MS IIS.

ü      Experience in developing applications in an Oracle Secure Database environment is required.

ü      Knowledge of physical database design

ü      Experience in packaging and delivering software and documentation to a production operations.

ü      Candidate must have experience with Oracle 10g and 11g environments in order to provide support

ü      Strong sense of customer service


ü      Desired qualifications include

ü      Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum is preferred

ü      Experienced in database support for Microsoft .Net environment (C#,, ASP.Net) in the design, development and implementation of web based applications

Base salary range up to $100,000.00, depending on experience.
