The Senior Software Engineer will develop web applications using .NET technologies to integrate a suite of payment processing solutions. Development will follow Agile methodologies.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years hands-on professional experience in .NET.

Excellent application development skills and proven track record delivering well designed complex enterprise systems.

Demonstrated use of .NET application development technologies as well as a solid understanding and practical use of other Microsoft development technologies such as: C#, .NET, VB, XML, SQL, SOA, BizTalk, TFS and SharePoint.

Demonstrated expertise in a variety of application development technology concepts,practices, and procedures Reliable, extensive experience and judgment in order to plan and accomplish goals Excellent technical development and design skills and the ability to mentor others to improve their skills.

Other Requirements:

Proven advanced experience using and migrating to leading-edge technologies.

Demonstrated advanced experience with object oriented design and development techniques using Microsoft technologies and Service Oriented Architecture.

Proven interpersonal and influencing skills at the developer level of the organization.

A Bachelors degree with a technical emphasis is highly preferred. If candidate does not have a Bachelors degree, must have very strong development / .NET experience and Microsoft certification(s)

The ability to quickly establish trust and credibility within the application development staff Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills.

A proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast paced, flexible environment while managing multiple priorities.

Experience needed in the following areas:

.NET Framework preferably in C#

XML technologies: XSD, XSL

T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services

JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX

BizTalk Implementation

TFS and Iterative/Agile Development approaches SharePoint Implementation

SOA and Web Service design and implementation

Web Service Security Experience: SAMC, Federated ID Management
