Job Description:

Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of services and technology related to Application Support (including, but not limited to, LHS Billing platform, Alcatel Lucent prepaid platform, Oracle Financials, Oracle ERP, Oracle Siebel, Hyperion, Microsoft Sharepoint, Collaboration and Social Networking tools, Provisioning platforms, Mediation, Rating and Application Management) across the organization

Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience and education):

Previous experience with Application Support technologies and tools; knowledge of Program Management tools and processes; knowledge of CMM and Six Sigma a plus At least 15 years of technology experience, or relevant business or team leadership.

Experience managing or designing outsourcing projects.
