 • This candidate should be familiar with leading and supporting SDLC development efforts in an Agile environment

• You will be leading the development/enhancement efforts of a distributive team overseeing quality assurance, business and development teams in separate locations

• The candidate’s profile should include previous work history as a hands-on developer

• You will have the chance to lead 10-12 team-members in full SDLC efforts

• The current development environment has a mix of Java and .Net technologies

• You must have a strong personality to lead the teams by not taking any push-back on time-lines in regards to deliverables
