• Strong testing manual testing skills using QTP, SQL, and strong QA process experience 
  • Will be the only tester on the team
  • Should also have knowledge of or experience with automation
  • Preferred skills are XML validation/modification and automation development experience (any tool).
  • Front-end testing, high caliber SQL skills, Unix commands, and strong QA process experience
  • The candidate will cross-train on another project
  • The tester should have confidence in their knowledge of testing best practices and their own skills to speak their mind and push back when necessary 
  • They will be working on small, fast-paced project teams within a larger test community 
  • They should be pro-active and good problem solvers
