Requirement:
- 2-5 years of full life-cycle and iterative development
- 2-5 years experience with C# and the .Net Framework
- 2-5 years object-oriented analysis and design using UML
- Proficiency with basic UNIX commands
- Knowledge of .NET Windows Forms, ASP.NET-based Web Services and ADO.NET
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Very strong organizational, analytical task management, and
prioritization skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and architectures
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work well with peers and mid-level management

- Experience with BEA Weblogic products
- Experience with Agile methodologies, refactoring, test-first

- Experience with Oracle 9i, SQL Server database technologies
- Experience supporting call center applications

- Experience with CTI protocol level programming
- Experience with Cisco ICM/CTI server
- Experience with Mosaix outbound dialer

- Experience in the banking industry
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Exposure to Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, HTML, Javascript, XML
