• Responsible for development of various .NET Framework-based applications.

Requirement:

• 2-5 years of full life-cycle and iterative development

• 2-5 years experience with C# and the .Net Framework

• 2-5 years object-oriented analysis and design using UML

• Proficiency with basic UNIX commands

• Knowledge of .NET Windows Forms, ASP.NET-based Web Services and ADO.NET

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Very strong organizational, analytical task management, and    

prioritization skills

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and architectures

• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to work well with peers and mid-level management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BEA Weblogic products

• Experience with Agile methodologies, refactoring, test-first

• Experience with Oracle 9i, SQL Server database technologies

• Experience supporting call center applications

• Experience with SourceSafe, Subversion, Ant

• Experience with CTI protocol level programming

• Experience with Cisco ICM/CTI server

• Experience with Mosaix outbound dialer

• Knowledge of IP Telephony and voice technologies (IVR, TTS, speech

• Experience in the banking industry

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Exposure to Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, HTML, Javascript, XML
